Taste of Minnesota will return to downtown Minneapolis for the third consecutive summer.
The free, family-friendly food and music festival is set to take place July 5-6 on Nicollet Mall and Washington Avenue. This year, the foundation behind the event promises expanded hours (12-10 p.m. both days), new vendors, and exciting attractions.
Taste of Minnesota invites local businesses, nonprofits, entertainers, and artists to join in on the action at no cost. Applications are due Feb. 18 for food vendors and artists/makers.
More details, including the main stage lineup, will be shared in the coming months.
Taste of Minnesota made a comeback on Nicollet Mall in summer 2023 after an eight-year hiatus. An estimated 100,000 people attended to see headliners Third Eye Blind, Big Boi, and Uncle Kracker.
Last year, there was more of a focus on Minneapolis musicians, with Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis and Morris Day and The Time as headliners. The festival also doubled its footprint and number of participating vendors along Nicollet Mall.
